California crimes are no different than those committed across the nation. However, the penalties and punishments for crimes will vary from state to state. In many cases you will see a greater variance in the degree of punishment in drug and narcotic related cases in the different states.

Due to the nature of the DUI offense, many people face these charges and many non-dispostioned criminal likes are thus facing criminal charges. There are many factors involved with a DUI case in California and it should not be taken easily, as a DUI is a crime and dealt as such.
